Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at sow@promisesproject.net with your order number. A return label is included in your package — return postage is free of charge. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. We do not charge restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who show a pattern of excessive or unreasonable returns.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sow@promisesproject.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.

Sizing

We recommend checking the sizing chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Product Notes

Our products are printed on demand. You may notice a slight vinegary smell on garments when first received — this is normal and will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle. You may also notice minor discolouration or off-white residue on apparel; this will wash off in the first wash. Our inks are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark, please wash it before reporting a problem.
