Our products are made to order — please read before purchasing.

All items at PVS Magazine Shop are produced on demand by our print partner. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery where items are defective, damaged, misprinted, lost in transit, or significantly different from the product description on our website. As all products are made to order, this constitutes our return condition and is standard practice for print-on-demand goods.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered

What we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Temporary printing smells or residue (see product disclaimers below)

How to request a return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where an item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no charge.

Contact us at sow@promisesproject.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days. Approved claims will receive a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

FAQ

Do you offer refunds? Yes — for items that are defective, damaged, misprinted, or not as described. Contact us with photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour? We do not offer size or colour exchanges as items are made to order. If your item was mislabelled or incorrectly produced, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement.

Product disclaimers

You may notice a temporary vinegary smell on garments upon opening — this is normal and will dissipate within a few days and after a wash cycle.

You may also notice slight discoloration or off-white residue on apparel. This is not a stain and will wash out after the first wash. Our inks are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark, please wash it before reporting a problem.
